Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them may be suspended.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and notify the support team.
Users may not attempt to access or gain an advantage on the platform using malicious software, bots, or automation tools. If such activity is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed.

- Operating an account on behalf of someone else or under a false identity is strictly prohibited.
- Accounts cannot be sold or transferred.
Platform Usage Rules

Limitation of Liability, Third Parties & Governing Law
1211 is not liable for any financial losses, direct or indirect, arising from use of the 1211 platform, unless such losses are demonstrably caused by a technical fault on the platform. 1211 will not compensate for losses resulting from a user's own decisions, betting strategies, or connection issues.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
